This weekend, Ali and I got together to try out a new dish. He had ordered some freshly frozen lobster meat that we thought would make for a delicious pairing with some Plaza Osetra from plazadecaviar.com. We added a bit of green onion and ponzu sauce into the mix. Then we paired it all with some sake.

This was definitely an enjoyable combination. The sake was a great compliment to the flavor of the lobster and caviar. Ali gives it two thumbs up.
