Caviar & Blini for Mother’s Day

Sandhya was kind enough to stop by the test kitchen and make a batch of her signature buckwheat Blini.   The White Sturgeon Caviar used in this recipe was produced in Wilton California and compliments of Plaza.  Perfect treat for Mother’s day or any Sunday indulgence.

Blini toppings:  smoke salmon, creme fraiche, California White Sturgeon Caviar, and chives to garnish.

…and yes this farm to table treat tasted as amazing as it looked 🙂
